Credit Policy:
We would like to see at least 3 years of verifiable credit history. Applications with late payments will be considered as long as there is not an established pattern of being late on a significant number of accounts. However, applications will not be considered for any party who has had significant debs sent to a collection agency, significant unpaid bills or significant unpaid judgments in the last 2 years. Applications with these items over 2 years ago will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Other Policies:
Application will not be considered for any party who has filed bankruptcy in the last 2 years. We will consider parties who filed bankruptcy over 2 years ago on a case-by-case basis. We charge our cost to run a credit check. If the credit check meets the above guidelines, we will refund the cost to the applicant if we turn down the application for some other reason. If the credit check does not meet the above described guidelines, we will not refund the credit check fee. In some cases where we consider credit outside our normal guidelines, additional refundable deposits may be required at move-in

By submitting this form, you are authorizing a credit check and agreeing to pay our cost of $15 per adult resident for a credit check on himself and any co-applicants for the purpose of renting the property located on the attached application.
